Enrolled Nurse Graduate Program – 2027

Western District Health Service has exciting opportunities for newly graduated enrolled nurses to participate in the 2027 Graduate Nurse Program for Enrolled Nurses.

The overall aim of the Enrolled Nurse Graduate Program is to provide facilitated support in the clinical environment for transferring existing knowledge into quality outcomes and developing further knowledge and skills to progress towards independent learning and practice.

The 12-month program provides an excellent foundation for future career advancement through opportunities to develop clinical and leadership skills across a variety of rotations throughout the organisation. Participants are supported by trained preceptors, Practice Development Nurses and the Graduate Nurse Program Coordinator.

Application Process

Applications must include:

• A cover letter addressing your interest in the program
• A current resume
• Three clinical referees
• Three recent clinical placement reports
• A copy of your academic transcript
