Registered Nurse- Operating Theatres

Employment Type: Permanent Part Time 

Hours: 48 hours per fortnight 

Classification: YP2 to YP9 based on experience

Hourly rate: $42.5394 to $52.8236 (depending on classification) plus Superannuation plus salary packaging

 

About the role

As a Registered Nurse Grade 2, under the guidance of the Nurse Unit Manager or delegate, you will bring strong clinical capabilities with a belief in exceptional patient care.

In this role you will support and be responsible for the delivery of expert clinical care and be able to problem solve and assess each patient’s needs, in order for care to be planned and implemented.

 This position entails working across all areas within the department including Scout and Scrub, Anaesthetics, Recovery and Pre-admissions.

The successful candidates will be effective communicators, have proven dedication to maintaining high quality nursing standards whilst providing patient-centred care and excellent computer skills.
