As the Nurse Unit Manager at The Birches, you'll lead a passionate team delivering exceptional, resident-focused care in line with contemporary practice standards. You'll champion a culture of dignity, choice and innovation through dementia-friendly approaches, Advance Care Planning, and best-practice clinical leadership. With responsibility for quality outcomes, financial performance, and a supportive team culture, you'll inspire excellence in care while promoting The Birches as a welcoming and trusted home for residents, families and staff alike.

You will bring:
- AHPRA registration
- Strong clinical leadership
- Dedication to professional development
- Advanced clinical and communication skills
- Bachelor of Nursing with 5 years postgraduate experience
- NDIS check

The successful candidate must have or obtain a National Criminal Police Check. Depending on the role, a Working with Children Check Clearance, Disability Worker Exclusion Scheme check, and/or NDIS Worker Screening Check may also be required.
