About the role
We are seeking applications from a suitably qualified dietitian to join our dynamic Nutrition and Dietetics Department. The department provides clinical, community, regional and aged care services to clients of the Western District Health Service and other regional health care providers.
Duties will include servicing aged care facilities, rural health services and Group Programs. Outpatient consultations and shared clinical cover of inpatients at Hamilton Base Hospital is required. The role also incorporates supervision of our Allied Health Assistant, and support for student placements as per experience of applicant.
Eligibility for the APD program is desirable.

The successful candidate must have or obtain a National Criminal Police Check. Depending on the role, a Working with Children Check Clearance, Disability Worker Exclusion Scheme check, and/or NDIS Worker Screening Check may also be required.
