Total 80 hours per fortnight with an ADO

About the Role:
Project Officer - Rostering System - 0.6 EFT
The Project Officer is responsible for supporting the implementation of the Optima rostering system for WDHS. The Project Officer will
collaborate with internal staff and work closely and collaboratively with the vendor RL Datix to ensure the objectives and benefits of the project are delivered in a timely manner. The Project Officer will provide implementation support to ensure the project is delivered on time and within budget.
Digital Health Support Officer - 0.4 EFT
Owing to internal changes within the Improvement and Innovation Team, an opportunity has arisen to join the team. Working closely with the team, you will support current and ongoing projects including the Vocera smart badge communication system, ChefMax and the continued roll out of the M365 project.
You will bring:
- Qualifications in Project Managment, Change Management and/or Digital Health
- Experience in Business Management or Project Management and / or training experience
- Knowledge or experience in structured project management methodologies
- Project leadership and management experience, direct or indirect as well as single operator
- High-level of effective communication skills (oral presentation, written, information presentation) in order to engage with a wide variety of internal and external professionals at all organisational levels, and groups.
- Ability to understand health service operations, including funding policy, roles and strategic health planning.
- Demonstrated ability to apply technology solutions to business problems proactively identifying improvement opportunities to add value to business operations.
