About the role
We currently have an opportunity for a Registered Nurse with suitable experience to be trained in the senior management role of After-Hours Coordinator. The relieving After Hours Coordinator will be available to cover planned and unplanned leave.
The function of this role includes after hours management of nursing and other services, efficient coordination of nursing and other resources, acting as an organisational resource in critical incidents and emergency management and ensuring delivery best practice, person-centred care.
The successful applicant will have a minimum of five years’ postgraduate nursing experience, experience in middle management (such as an ANUM or similar role), and preferably hold a tertiary qualification in business or a related discipline.
In addition will have strong clinical leadership experience, advanced clinical skills and excellent communication skills.
