About the role
The Social Support Group has a great opportunity for an enthusiastic and dynamic Social Support Group Manager to join the Social Support team at WDHS.
We are seeking a motivated person with the appropriate skills to coordinate, manage and maintain an effective and comprehensive Social Support Group within Commonwealth and State funded program guidelines and adhere to WDHS Policies and Procedures.
As part of this role you will be required to work as a leader, facilitating a creative, dynamic, productive and safe working environment, by providing direction and leadership, managing performance, providing training and development opportunities and developing and implementing innovative safe and effective work practices.
You will bring:
- Minimum Certificate IV Allied Health Assistant or equivalent
- Management experience and/or qualification essential
- Minimum 2 years' experience

The successful candidate must have or obtain a NDIS Worker Screening Check. Depending on the role, a Working with Children Check may also be required. All employees must comply with WDHS vaccination requirements.
