About the role
We currently have an opportunity for a Registered Nurse with suitable experience to be trained in the senior management role of After-Hours Coordinator.
The function of this role includes after hours management of nursing and other services, efficient coordination of nursing and other resources, acting as an organisational resource in critical incidents and emergency management and ensuring delivery best practice, person-centred care.
The successful applicant will have a minimum of five years’ post graduate nursing experience and a tertiary qualification in business, or a related discipline is desirable. In addition will have strong clinical leadership experience, advanced clinical skills and excellent communication skills.
