Hourly Rate: $33.7894 and 11.5% Superannuation

About the role

Western District Health Service (WDHS) is seeking a detail-oriented and efficient individual to manage and process salary packaging agreements for new and existing employees. This role is responsible for the efficient processing of all new employee packages into the Health Service's nominated software package. Processing salary packaging changes, modifications and payments in a timely manner and responding to employee queries, ensuring, that employees are well informed about Salary Packaging and their rights and responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Efficient processing of all new employee packaging arrangement into WDHS's nominated software package
  • Processing all salary packaging changes, modifications and payments in a timely manner
  • In conjunction with Management maintain and update relevant salary packaging documentation
  • Ensure employees are well informed about Salary Packaging and their rights and responsibilities associated with their agreements are appropriately explained
  • Minimise FBT liability for Western District Health Service by ensuring compliance with legislation and salary packaging policies
  • Provide leave cover for Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Cashier

The successful candidate must have or obtain a National Criminal Police Check. Depending on the role, a Working with Children Check Clearance, Disability Worker Exclusion Scheme check, and/or NDIS Worker Screening Check may also be required.
