About the Role
WDHS is seeking applicants who are enthusiastic, have a passion for the food or health industry, take pride in the work they complete and enjoy working in a team environment.
The WDHS Food Services team provides support for the provision of food and beverages for visitors, acute patients and aged care residents and staff.
The team also provides support for the provision of food and beverages for visitors and staff in our Green Bean Café, vending and catering services.
Our motivated, innovative team offers exceptional customer service and a quality, healthy well-balanced menu.
Duties may include Meals on Wheels collation of client requirements, work in our kitchen or café including customer service, preparation and cooking of food, meal service, food storage, dishwashing, cleaning areas outside the kitchen.
Subject to rostered shift, service to patients may be required inclusive of gathering late menus, processing of appropriate meals, and supper service.

The successful candidate must have or obtain a National Criminal Police Check. Depending on the role, a Working with Children Check Clearance, Disability Worker Exclusion Scheme check, and/or NDIS Worker Screening Check may also be required.
