About the role

The National Centre for Farmer Health (NCFH) was established in 2008 as a partnership between Western District Health Service and the Deakin University's School of Medicine to address the issue of higher mortality and morbidity of Australians who live and work in farming communities, compared to their city counterparts.

As a Project Officer you will play a vital role in the successful delivery of a variety of NCFH projects from inception to completion. You will provide essential administrative, clerical and stakeholder engagement support, ensuring that project milestones and deliverables are met. Your responsibilities will include monitoring plans and budgets, coordinating the dissemination of resources and service offerings and preparing a range of project-related documents for stakeholders, such as status updates, presentations, marketing materials reports and budgets. You will also manage the flow of information to keep all parties informed and engaged.

Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating the marketing and communication activities of the NCFH, working closely with NCFH's marketing and communications service provider to ensure consistent and effective messaging.
