About the role

We are seeking a suitably qualified or experienced Diabetes Educator that is motivated and enthusiastic to provide comprehensive education services in a multi-disciplinary environment.

The responsibilities and duties of this role include identifying and implementing opportunities for quality improvement and service development to achieve a multi-disciplinary approach to diabetes management.

The position involves working in acute and community settings with paediatrics, type 1 & 2 diabetes and gestational diabetes. A credentialed diabetes educator is preferred, or an educator actively working towards credentialing.
