Payroll Clerk

Permanent Part Time 

Minimum 16 hours per fortnight with opportunity to work additional hours

 

Classification: HS2

Hourly rate: $33.79 plus 11% Superannuation

 

About the role

 

The Payroll Clerk’s main duties will include Payroll Processing; maintaining employee master file records; preparation of fortnightly and monthly payroll reports and answering Payroll queries.

The successful applicant will have excellent communication skills, be able to work autonomously as well as part of a team, be proficient in Microsoft excel, have a strong attention to detail and good analytical skills. Previous payroll experience is desirable but not essential.

The successful applicant will hold, or be able to obtain, a current National Criminal Police Check. Dependant on your position you may be required to obtain a Working with Children Check Clearance, Disability Worker Exclusion Scheme check and / or NDIS Worker Screening Check. All successful applicants are to comply with WDHS immunisation and vaccination requirements, including COVID and Booster
