About the role
Are you ready to take the next step in your career.
We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and motivated Registered Nurse to join the Medical Unit team. As a Registered Nurse at WDHS you will bring strong clinical capabilities with a belief in exceptional patient care .
In this role you will support and be responsible for the delivery of expert clinical care and be able to problem solve and asses each patient’s needs, in order for care to be planned and implemented.
We have a 23 bed Medical Department with staff demonstrating a strong commitment to upholding patient centred care .
Exceptional and demonstrated decision making skills consistent with experience is essential.
You will bring:
- The ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Effective contemporary nursing practices

- AHPRA Registration
